Bowler Appraisals, Inc. is a residential and commercial real estate appraisal firm, which has been in business since 1976. Ed Bowler has been an appraiser since 1972, with experience in all types of real estate. He is a Minnesota State Certified General Appraiser and member of several professional organizations.

 

Our Commitment

We are committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients. Our appraisers maintain both mandatory and voluntary continuing education requirements. In addition, our appraisal reports are completed in compliance with The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice of the Appraisal Institute.

We are able to service virtually all of your real estate appraisal needs because of our diverse backgrounds and capabilities. We have experience appraising many special use properties, such as golf courses, mobile home parks, residential & commercial subdivisions, gas stations, convenience stores, auto dealerships, mini-storage facilities, churches, hospitality properties as well as all types of residential properties.

Our Clients

Our clients are both nationally and locally based, and we are maintained on the Approved Appraiser List of many mortgage companies, banks, trust departments and relocation companies. Our clients include banks, mortgage brokers, state, county and city governmental agencies, attorneys, local school districts and Individuals.

 

Our Fees

Our appraisal fees are quoted on a flat basis, depending on the type of report and property, with the fee to include all expenses.
